The company is one of the leading manufacturers of the delicious and number one chocolates in the confectionery industry These chocolates are considered favorites in all age group of individuals. They manufacture & supply different varieties of chocolate pan India basis from their Baramati Manufacturing Unit.

Network Techlab I Pvt. Ltd. (NTIPL) is associated with them for more than 10 years now, by providing the service for their IT Infrastructure, Physical Security Solutions, Power & Data Center Solutions. Network Techlab takes care of its 125 CCTV Infrastructure installed in the entire factory & warehouse. This is being operated from the command center to view all the cameras at a single location on Video-wall in a single room by security in-charge. In this long term business relations, Network Techlab is working with this company to protect their factory premises, managing their IT Infrastructure and simplifying their complex story of technology.

Since they are having only one manufacturing plant in India, they have huge manpower working in shifts. Due to Covid19, they were skeptical about how to prevent employees from entering the unit, who are infected with COVID. They were identifying the solution but were not satisfied & the solutions were taking a too long time for employees to enter into unit.

Being into FMCG Manufacturing and having the only plant in India, The Company wanted to reopen its plant on an urgent basis during the COVID-19 scenario. Opening up the factory and taking precautionary measures for all the employees who were working in the factory was the primary objective. The company was identifying solutions that will help them to reopen their factory during the COVID19 scenario. The company was trying to evaluate many solutions but couldn’t find out solutions that will be deployed fast and so that they can reopen the plant in a short period of time.

From Network Techlab, we suggested Fever Detection Camera Solution which is now widely used to prevent workplaces from elevated skin temperatures. This was the best fit solution for them and could be deployed within a short period of time. After discussions with the team, we arranged a live demo of the solution to make them understand how Fever Detection Solutions works and how it will solve their problems so that they can reopen their plants with ease. They were convinced with the solution and found it the most useful technology during COVID19.

In the COVID-19 scenario, we were able to manage the delivery of the material from our manufacturer to customer end, we tested the product and solution as per our mandatory guidelines. And thus a successful project implemented by Network Techlab Team.
