The company has been assisting the world’s biggest airlines since 1989. InterGlobe Air Transport Limited (IGAT) is a General Sales Agent (GSA) for several international airlines as well as a global car rental company. The company is one of India’s largest general aviation service providers, offering a full range of services from passenger to cargo transportation. The company was expanding its operations into its new office premises and wanted to set up an IP-based PBX system for streamlining operations.

The Challenge:

The earlier company was operating with limited resources at a third-party office. After shifting to a new building, the company was able to completely update its communications technology infrastructure. As the company expanded its activities, the number of users grew as well. The existing PBX system couldn’t keep up with the changing environment and business needs. The plan was to implement a New Technology IP-PBX System / Solution that could fulfill the highest expectations for quality, dependability and long-term sustainability in order to ensure that the company’s operations can run smoothly for today and future.

Our team provided a cost-effective solution for Alcatel-Lucent IP-PBX System by minimizing cabling costs and recommended mixed-use of phones as per the need of the company. We designed a deployed Unified communication system in their office premises. IP-based PBX system deployed with Bluetooth connectivity which enhances communication within internal and external stakeholders. Alcatel Rainbow enables users to better collaborate with features like chat, group audio-video calls and file sharing.
