Overview
It is one of the largest Italian Chocolate manufacturing company having a factory in Baramati, near Pune. They manufacture chocolates for people of all ages. This is the centralized unit that manufactures and supplies its products to all parts of India from Pune.

Business Need
This chocolate manufacturing company had CCTV in its plan area with Recording capacity of around 30 days. As per the change in company policy and changes in norms in the food industry it was a compulsion for them to store the recording of 365 days for the cameras monitoring critical areas like scanning the chocolates for any metal parts and packaging areas. But the current recording solution was not compatible to deliver such features and was propriety based.

Solutions
NTIPL technical team took this project and got involved with the technical staff to study their requirements. After the study and analysis, we had proposed them end-to-end solutions which will fulfill their need along with cost optimization.NTIPL had provided them with Milestone VMS solutions which can easily get integrated with their existing cameras and will do the recording for 365 days for some of their critical cameras and 30 days for uncritical cameras. In this way, they were able to justify the cost. NTIPL had also suggested them server redundancy in case if one server fails for recording due to any reason, it will automatically switch to standby server.
