One of the growing real estate investment firm received a total equity and loan commitments of approximately $12 billion from the Public and Corporate pension plans, foreign institutions, insurance companies and banks, endowments and foundations, trusts, and high net worth individuals, who have also invested and committed in investing over $10 billion of equity in more than 350 separate transactions.

What was the issue ?

They wanted to replace old infra and upgrade to a new technological trend for more convenient operations. On a new built-up infra, they required NTIPL’s services to run AD (Active Directory), File Server, DHCP, DNS. And they should back up their data on the HA server. And also they wanted to increase the sizing for 5 years.

How was the issue/complication resolve ?

NTIPL did a tech refresh for the organization which was using the old servers and which involves the replacement of old infra to new infra also known as Revamping.
We had replaced old IBM servers with new DELL servers R540 because they wanted to revamp their old servers with the next-generation server which would be capable to deliver the performance which is needed to run business-critical applications.
