Overview –

Network Techlab successfully implemented an advanced video conferencing solution for one of the pharma company, a company in the packaging and pharmaceutical industries. Facing challenges with outdated communication systems that hindered productivity, Sorbchem needed a reliable, high-quality setup to improve both internal and external communications. Network Techlab customized a solution using Yealink technology, including video conferencing units for small and large rooms, ceiling microphones and speakers for clear audio, and easy content sharing options for BYOD setups. The project included high-quality cabling and seamless system integration. Post-installation, the staff received training to maximize the system’s use. As a result, one of the pharma company experienced enhanced communication, improved productivity, and greater user satisfaction, making them better equipped to meet industry demands.

Yealink A20 Collaboration Bar: A compact, all-in-one unit ideal for small meeting rooms, providing seamless collaboration with built-in camera and audio capabilities.
Yealink UVC84 & UVC86 Cameras: High-definition PTZ cameras for larger meeting spaces, offering superior video quality with intelligent tracking features.

2. Audio Solutions
Ceiling Microphones (Yealink CM20): Ensured clear audio capture from all participants in the room, minimizing background noise.
Ceiling Speakers (Yealink CS10): Provided high-quality sound distribution throughout the meeting space.

3. Content Sharing and BYOD Solutions
Yealink VCH51 Hub: Facilitated easy content sharing and connectivity for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setups.

4. Cabling and Infrastructure
Installed high-quality D-Link Cat6 cables and connectors to ensure robust connectivity.
Utilized PVC conduct pipes for organized and secure cable management.

5. Installation, Commissioning, and Training
Comprehensive installation and commissioning by our expert team.
Training sessions for Sorbchem’s staff to ensure they maximize the use of the new technology.

Implementation
The installation process was executed in phases to minimize disruption to One of the Pharma Company operations. Our team worked closely with their IT department to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
