The leading Ministry of Public Affairs, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is the tentative body of Government who is primarily engaging to carry out all the public requirements, utilities, food supply, and transportation segments. As the ministry is located at the building governed by the State CM, they conduct with all their activities like meetings, seminars, public board meetings, national disaster recovery agendas etc. So to conduct with all this meetings whether physically or virtually they were tentatively looking for the digital display solution which can assist them with effective and efficient way of conducting meetings. NTIPL has subsequently assisted them with excellent, cost optimizing digital display solution for their excessive conferences and meetings.
Challenges –
The issue was arrived at the ministry office where the digital display was the actual consideration factor. The clarity in the content needs to be displayed in a very fine manner and it has to reach each and every person. Moreover the size of a normal LFD is up to 98 inches diagonal display and the requirement of the display was for 190 inches. They wanted the whole display without bezels. Thus we have successfully coordinated and provided them with the efficient customized display solution.
Why innovation was required?
As there was a requirement for vivid display solution, ministry department requested for customization accordingly. The customization of display can be done using Samsung Active LED as it is made up of small cabinets which covered the wall of 14 ft X 8 ft . and it has almost no bezels that was the unique provision, we could able to do.
Conclusion –
With actual installation and servicing done at the Ministry department, they are fulfilled with services rendered. Ministry department is personified with the service being provided & would also take an initiative for other solutions & services from us respectively.
