This case study outlines the successful construction of a robust data centre infrastructure for a leading stock broking firm. The project involved creating a high-tech data centre designed for scalability and efficiency, along with a dedicated transformer building for safe and efficient power distribution. A diesel generator building was also constructed to provide reliable backup power, ensuring continuous operations during outages. Advanced electrical panels were installed and rigorously tested to support seamless energy flow. The project’s success was achieved through a phased approach that included the precise integration and testing of all components, such as custom transformer designs, diesel generator implementation, and the construction of a secure, scalable data centre with advanced cooling, security, and monitoring systems. Despite challenges such as extreme weather conditions, logistical hurdles during election season, and coordinating a diverse workforce from multiple regions, the project was completed on time and to high standards. Challenges –

This project was not without its challenges. To meet tight deadlines, we deployed a team of 190 skilled workers operating in rotational shifts of 12 to 18 hours. Despite the odds, our team displayed remarkable resilience:
  1. Extreme Conditions: Workers braved severe heat waves while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
  2. Election Season Obstacles: Navigating logistical challenges during election season required strategic planning and adaptability.
  3. Diverse Workforce: Our team brought together experts from Bhubaneshwar, Tamil Nadu, Ahmednagar, Pune, and Bangalore, each contributing their unique skills to the project.
  4. Security and Silent Deployment: Throughout the project, we maintained rigorous security protocols and executed silent deployments to minimize disruptions.
